Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 28, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible. 4. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Ernest Rose Organics Giveaway page and complete and submit the Giveaway entry form with the requested information. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. 5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Ernest Rose Organics Adventure Rig Kids’ T-Shirt in the winner’s selected available size. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $34.99 USD. The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner to a valid shipping address within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or District of Columbia. Size selection is subject to availability and becomes final once the prize has been fulfilled. The prize is promotional merchandise and is non-refundable and not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or cash redemption. The prize may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 6. Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will take place after the Giveaway Period has ended. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial winner notification. Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the potential winner’s identity, age, residency, eligibility, selected size, and valid shipping address before awarding the prize. If the potential winner: does not respond within 48 hours; cannot be contacted; is determined to be ineligible; provides false, incomplete, or inconsistent information; refuses or is unable to accept the prize; or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been confirmed by Sponsor. 8. Entry Integrity and Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines is fraudulent, manipulated, automated, duplicated, or otherwise submitted in violation of these Official Rules. Use of multiple identities or email addresses by the same person to circumvent the one-entry limit is prohibited. Use of bots, scripts, automated entry systems, fictitious identities, or other methods intended to manipulate the Giveaway or obtain additional entries is prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with, compromise, manipulate, or abuse the Giveaway, entry form, website, winner-selection process, or other operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification. Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, winner selection, and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law. 9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination, if appropriate and permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or not received due to technical, internet, website, device, email, or other failures beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. 11. Release and Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release or limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited. 12. Acceptance of Official Rules: By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
